We have everything we need, our own unique gifts. With a commitment to small incremental changes we can make life a little bit better... Now. This Practice begets Unlimited Potential Happiness. This is the Essence of KAIZEN. "Kai" (Change) and "Zen" (Good) means "Continuous Improvement". Waiting for other events or plans to be completed or carried out Limits our Potential. The thing that we Improve Today is better than the thing that we may "plan" to realize in the future. Kaizen has been used effectively in Business for many years with amazing results. We use Kaizen daily in our lives to realize our potential and to help others realize their own. We give our attention to our current opportunities or challenges, and we adapt. We focus on Gratitude as opposed to our fear or anger (suffering). We promote Mindfulness and Present Moment Actions over accepting the Status Quo.
